Giveaway Terms

From time to time, COMPANY may conduct giveaways exclusively for live attendees of events (e.g., webinars or Zoom calls). By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Attendees must be present at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of COMPANY are not eligible.

Entry Period: Each giveaway will occur during the live event on the corresponding date of the promotion.

How to Enter: Attend the applicable session live. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. One entry per person per giveaway.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be chosen at random during the live event. You must be present at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. If a selected winner is not present or does not respond when announced, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes: Prizes will be announced during the promotion. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.

General Conditions: By entering, you release COMPANY, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation or prize use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.
